Russia has declared its full support for Belgrade as fresh tensions flared up between Serbia and Kosovo. The tensions engulfed both sides after Kosovo announced new border rules for Serbs entering the country. The new border rules, supposed to be implemented from August 1, got delayed after protests erupted in Kosovo. On July 31, ethnic Serb protesters blocked access roads to two border crossings with Serbia in northern Kosovo. Watch the video to know how did Russia attempt to fan the tensions.
