DASH-CAM footage captures the shocking moment a Russian rocket destroys a residential building in Dnipro as traffic slams to a halt. Russian missiles struck critical infrastructure in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Thursday, November 17, the regional governor and city mayor said. Governor Valentin Reznichenko said two districts in Dnipro were hit by Russian missiles, including “an industrial enterprise.” Mayor Boris Filatov said a 15-year-old was killed and several other people were injured.
