Heavy fighting between Russian and Ukrainian forces has been reported in parts of Ukraine as annexation voting enters its final day. Ukraine’s military claims to have destroyed a Russian military barge and 3 Pantsir missile systems. The barge was destroyed as Russian troops reportedly tried to establish a bridge between the banks of the Dnipro river. Meanwhile, the Kremlin has said that no decision has been made on sealing the border or banning men of conscription age from leaving Russia. A Russian man set himself on fire at a bus station in Ryazan while yelling he didn’t want to take part in the Ukraine war.
