Learnt how to intercept HIMARS Rockets
Russian Defence Ministry has said that its Pantsir crews have now effectively learnt how to intercept HIMARS rockets. The ministry said that Russian troops have ‘reflashed’ their Pantsir vehicles to counter the HIMARS. However, the Russian defence ministry did not specify where ‘shell’ was used in Ukraine.
