Russian forces have reportedly damaged a thermal power plant in Kharkiv which provides heating for a third of the city . According to reports, Russian forces also struck agricultural warehouses in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with Ovod missiles. Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih, said that Russia conducted the strikes with two Kh-59 cruise missiles. Russia shelled Sumy Oblast 130 times from its territory on August 8, the governor alleged.
