Russia highlighted its on-track delivery of S-400 air defence systems to India at its Security Conference in Moscow. Earlier, the CEO of Rosoboronexport said the contract for the deliveries of S-400 to India was being successfully implemented. Russia would deliver all the five regiments of S-400 weapons to India by late 2023, said Alexander Mikheyev, as per state news agency TASS. Russia has made it clear that the war in Ukraine and sanctions on Moscow will not impact the deliveries to India.
