Russia has officially announced the shelling of Ukrainian defense enterprises for Monday — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated. Most of them are located in the middle of the urban areas, meaning Russian shelling leads to massive civilian casualties. Six cities awarded with honorary titles, seven mayors, and six regional heads are granted with state orders.
