UK’s Defence Ministry says Russian forces are likely to have started to move barges for a floating bridge over the Dnipro River. Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev claims Ukraine’s chances of joining NATO are zero due to the “special military operation”. EU members Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Finland may stop Russian tourists from entering their countries. The Moscow Exchange has said that it will ban the use of dollars as collateral to underwrite transactions.
