The Ukrainian military in Severodonetsk is reportedly under renewed attack, holding positions in the industrial part of the city. Luhansk Oblast Governor said Ukrainian position in Severodonetsk has worsened amid heavy fighting. President Zelensky said Russian forces have the numerical advantage in Severodonetsk, but Kyiv’s troops have “every chance” of fighting back. Kyiv claimed Russian troops with Iskander-M systems have been deployed in Belarus along the Ukrainian border. Meanwhile, Russian foreign minister said that Moscow will respond to Western supply of long-range weapons to Kyiv.
