European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen addresses the 2022 EU State Of The Union amid Russia’s Ukraine War. The EC Chief slammed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, saying that “Putin will fail and Europe will prevail”. The EC Chief also took a jibe at Putin, saying that the Ukraine war is about autocracy and democracy. von der Leyen also hailed Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky. The EC Chief said that Ukraine stands strong because of Zelensky.
