Day 75 of Russia’s war of Ukraine saw Moscow continuing its relentless attack on Southern and Eastern areas of Ukraine. Russia allegedly attacked the city of Odesa with three hypersonic missiles on Monday, killing at least one person. The Ukrainian military has claimed that Russian forces fired seven missiles in total at Odesa. European Council President Charles Michel, who was in Odesa, had to break off a meeting and take cover due to the missile strikes. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that history will hold Russia responsible for its invasion of Ukraine. Meanwhile, Zelenksy said he has submitted the second part of a formal questionnaire for EU membership. French president Emmanuel Macron has said that it will take decades for Ukraine to be accepted into EU. US president Joe Biden has said he is worried that Putin does not have a way out of the Ukraine war. Biden also signed the Lend-lease Act that will speed up the process of sending US weapons to Ukraine.
