Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, said that Russia shelled 30 settlements in Kherson 258 times in the past week alone. Russian forces have been shelling towns and villages in the Kherson region ever since they retreated from the region earlier this month. Sumy Oblast Governor, Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, reported that Russian forces attacked the region 129 times on November 28. According to Reuters, the US is likely to announce aid to enhance Ukraine’s power transmission ability.
