World leaders and business tycoons at its annual economic forum in St Petersburg. But this year, Russia will see few global financial elite because of Western sanctions over its Ukraine invasion. The US has announced that it will boycott the 25th edition of the flagship Russian investment forum. Russia is giving pride of place to countries that have not joined Western sanctions against it.
