Ukraine claims its military struck Russian air defence systems near the “Spartak” stadium in the occupied city of Kherson. The Melitopol Mayor says several explosions were heard in the city during the early hours of November 3. At least 4 people were reportedly killed in the Donetsk region and one in Kharkiv due to Russian attacks. Meanwhile, the UN rejected Russia’s draft resolution calling for a probe into the activities of US biological laboratories in Ukraine.

Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said NATO forces on its eastern flank have risen by two and a half times since February. Poland is constructing a 209 km-long barbed wire fence along the borders of the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad.
