An insight into one of the British Army’s Elite Airborne Unit, The Parachute Regiment also know as the “Paras”. Formed in 1942 by Winston Churchill the regiment has been one of the most active in the British Army. The Paras now form a part of the 16 Air Assult Brigade, the army’s rapid reaction force.
