Governor of Kharkiv, Oleh Sinehubov, says constant shelling by Russian forces killed two women and wounded five people in the region. Meanwhile, a Russian missile strike reportedly hit a crowded mall in the eastern city of Kremenchuk, killing at least two and injuring dozens more. Zelensky told G7 leaders that the time has not yet come to open negotiations with Russia. Zelensky argued that the Ukrainian army is still seeking to consolidate its positions.
