Luhansk Oblast Governor, Serhii Haidai, claims the Ukrainian military is slowly advancing in the region. The Luhansk Governor said weather conditions have slowed down the Ukrainian offensive. Ukraine President Zelensky claims Russia has launched over 4,500 missile strikes on the country since February 24. Russian President Putin has said that Russia “won’t put up with the aggressive, cosmopolitan, neo-colonial West”.
