Ukraine’s Air Force claims that Russia has likely used up all of its Iranian drones. An oil depot in Russia’s Bryansk exploded in a towering inferno after a drone dropped explosives into one of the fuel tanks. Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that his country will be ramping up its defence spending in 2023.
